This is my own personal experience at losing weight on Weight Watcher – BUT – eating regular food, excluding fat-free, low-fat, processed “carbage” foods.
I will be consuming 100% cream for my coffee, sweetened with xylitol.
I will be using butter and other saturated fats to cook with.
I will be consuming chicken with the skin on.
I will be eating red meat (gasp!) with the fat still attached.
I will be eating eggs including the yolk!
I will be adding in more vegetables than I was eating before. That will be the only change from how I was eating before, similar to paleo-Atkins type of eating.
I will be consuming my daily points allowance without consuming crap diet foods.
